Using 4.5mm needles and Cherry Pink (Flamingo Pink) cast on 15 sts, leaving a 20cm tail Row 1: k Row 2: k11, sl 1 pwise, bring yarn to front, turn (yarn is now at back of work) Row 3: sl 1 pwise wyib, k to end Row 4: k8, sl 1 pwise, bring yarn to front, turn (yarn is now at back of work) Row 5: sl 1 pwise wyib, k to end Row 6: k5, sl 1 pwise, bring yarn to front, turn (yarn is now at back of work) Row 7: sl 1 pwise wyib, k to end Row 8: k2, sl 1 pwise, bring yarn to front, turn (yarn is now at back of work) Row 9: sl 1 pwise wyib, k to end Row 10: k At the end of the first section please cast off loosely, then thread tail end of yarn onto tapestry needle and thread through short row ends twice to gather and create a straight edge across the top of purse. Pull tight and fasten off.
